The development of leadership requires not only in-depth knowledge of theoretical topics, but also the acquisition of practical tools. Therefore, in addition to theoretical studies, the college will emphasize the development of the students’ personal skills and abilities. In the course of their studies, the students will participate in workshops on public speaking, interpersonal communication, presentation, article and speech writing, negotiating, debating, decision-making under pressure, strategic planning and leadership and administering a staff. In addition, several educational field trips will be conducted in order to gain first-hand knowledge of the study topics, and to contribute to the social consolidation of the study group.
